Estimate common repair ranges
Select the types of issues mentioned in the Home Report. The ranges are deliberately broad because real costs depend on access, scale, materials and whether the work is shared.
How to use the result
- Use low figures for small, accessible, isolated issues only.
- Use high figures where access is difficult, scaffolding is needed or the building is older.
- For flats, check whether the cost is shared between owners.
- For buying decisions, obtain estimates before offering where cost matters.
